I went to Eastlink and asked if they sent it. Here their reply.
Kristen: No, unfortunately you've received a phising, or scam email. We would never contact you by email asking you to verify any account information unless you were to contact us first for support. You should never respond to this type of email as they are only looking for personal information, You can just ignore the email and delete it.
