HARVEST FEST W.I. TEA

The Lockhartville Branch of Womens' Institute of Nova Scotia celebrated the 100th anniversary of the provincial organization with a tea at Churchill House as part of the town's Harvest Fest celebrations.

(LR) Carolyn McLeod, Marlie Thornley, and Faye Singleton prepared the plates.

Four members of the Port Williams WI attended.

Have some cake?

It was a great chance to get together for refreshments and conversation.

President Glenda Braham and member Lynda Andres.

(LR) Heidi King  discussed her holistic services. Her mother Mary Smith  joined her at the tea.

The only male with his mother at the tea.

His tea companions.

Grannies to Grannies' poster. Their display of previously loved jewellery is always a popular attraction.
