Unsightly premises?

As a relatively new resident in your beautiful town of Hantsport,I have noticed mostly well kept properties here with yhe odd exception of a very few properties having derilect vehicles kept near their residences.I feel bad for the neighbor living next door trying to keep their property looking good.Is there an unsightly premise law in Hantsport?
