Editor: I understand the federal government is revamping its formula for how much money it gives to each provinces for health care.
The formula will be based on population not on need.
As a result, Nova Scotia's share will decrease considerably and Alberta's will increase substantially because of its population.
I don't have the exact figures but there was an article recently in the Chronicle Herald.
Therefore, Bill is asking a serious question.
