I remember a conversation several years ago with CLLR John Fuller. He foresaw the area to the west of Exit 8A from HWY 101 as ideal for development. Apparently the government at the time were aware of this too.
Congratulations to Glooscap First Nations for seeing this opportunity for developing Glooscap Landing at that site.
