HMCC 2014 Annual General Meeting
The Hantsport Memorial Community Centre has an Annual General Meeting scheduled for
1. Thursday, October 23rd, 2014 at Churchill House, Hantsport 7.00pm start.
Without the support of many local volunteers the HMCC cannot operate or survive.
A new HMCC Board of Directors will be formed, a new Executive determined and a new President elected.
There will be annual reports from the various Executive officers and committees.
Everyone interested in the welfare ofHantsport & Community are welcomed & actively encouraged to attend.
2. The Hantsport Memorial Community Centre belongs to the Community at large.
3. Please show your Support by attending if possible.
