JEWELLERY AND CRAFTS AT HARVEST FEST TEA

Grannies for Grannies, local crafts, food and tea were on the menu organized by the Lockhartville Womens' Institute of Nova Scotia held during Hantsport's Harvest Fest celebration at Churchill House. For many, it was their first glimpse of the modern kitchen which is to be used for community and private suppers. Others had never been in the Churchill House before. The photos at the bottom of the post were taken during the summer and featured the student guide.


Grannies for Grannies sells donated jewellery to help grannies in Africa who are raising grandchildren orphaned by AIDS.
