Awake at 3 AM??

 Bob Cook at the Elements of Health Spa in Windsor suggested if you have tried counting three flocks of sheep:

-inhale to the count of 4
-hold for the count of 4
-exhale to the count of 6
-hold for count of 2
-and repeat.

Advantages:
-could read but may read til 6 AM
-takes your mind off your problem by focusing on your breath
-removes stale carbon dioxide from your lungs.

It has worked for me for 2 !!! nights
