We are at the mercy of Mother Nature.
Well ... so much for that idea. Given the forecast for the weekend and the mounds of snow taking up the parking lot (not to mention the shoveling still needed for safe access) we have decided to skip the dithering and fretting and have cancelled this Sunday's Brunch With Friends at Churchill House. We will soon start planning a similar event for May/June and we'll hope to see you then!
In the meanwhile ... please remember to watch out for the Rotary Club of Windsor's Eastlink TV Auction catalogue and then tune in April 28-30th to support the Rotary and the Save Hantsport Public Library (SHPL) campaign. And pencil in April 18th for the Rotary Gala & Auction. This event held at Kings-Edgehill School is gaining a reputation for great food (people are still raving about the hors d'oeuvres), amazing entertainment, and lots (and lots) of fun! Tickets are $65/person ($35 will be tax receipted) and soon available thru the Rotary Club of Windsor or the SHPL.
