JEN - NEW OWNER OF CAFE 33 MAIN ST.

Jen Benjamin is the new and sole owner of Café 33 Main Street.
hantsborderblog is championing Jen because
-we have wanted a café downtown for years. After I moved to town, there was a Tea Room on Main. Then Kelly Scott had Chapter 2 at 33 Main. Gramma's Restaurant came next but closed when the drugstore expand. And then Richard Rogers opened Café 33 last fall.
-the café survived during the worst winter for years which was hard for many businesses.
-Jen is not a quitter.

Jen has dreamed of having her own café for years. She began working in the food business in 2002. She started at Gramma's Restaurant which Glenda Braham owned and operated with the help of her mother Hazel and husband Bob.

Jen later worked at William Street Café until it closed. And then she began working for Richard.

Hantsport is lucky to have four restaurants to chose from:
- for ice cream and/or a slice of Italy- Hantsport Pizza
-for a quick coffee and/or snack - Tim Hortons
-for breakfast or lunch on Main Street - Café 33 Main
-for a quiet meal with a view of the Avon River - R & Gs.
