Clifford Williams - Independent candidate in federal election.

Hantsport resident Clifford Williams is collecting 100 names in order to run as an independent candidate in the federal election.

Clifford has participated in elections since he was a boy. When he decided recently that he could not support either current candidate, he decided to run.

Although he must also give $1000 to Elections Canada, he is not soliciting funds. He is just asking for 100 names in order to give voters an opportunity to vote not for the status quo but for bringing back democracy to Canada. Clifford expects to be the most frugal candidate running. He sees this as proof that he takes spending money seriously. 

As an independent, Clifford will be non-partisan. The voters will be his boss. His priority will be the residents of Kings-Hants. "Partisanship is poison." 

Clifford has no posters, no cards.
