RINK UPDATE -- Tuesday 9:09 AM

Hi, Heather.

The rink rats landed the new boards at the tennis court yesterday and lugged the plastic and other boards down ready for a break in the weather before getting it set up.

After today's snowfall they will clear the snow out of the tennis court and set everything up.   The flooding will start the first cold night. Then another rink year begins.

Hope they have weather that allows for lots of skating and not too much snow removal.

I will try to let you know when they are getting set up because it is quite a sight when volunteers show up to help place the plastic within the framework.   The roll of plastic is huge and last year it went so well when about 20 volunteers showed up to help get it all in place.

Anyway, we will hope for another year of fun at the rink.
