Deed Transfere Tax - changes???
Have you heard anything about this at all. It is on the agenda for the COW tomorrow night with the Municipality of West Hants. If it is passed that cost is 1% of the sale price of a property, so a $200,000.00 sale value of a property the owner would have to pay $2000.00.
