Cost of plots in Hantsport Cemetery to rise?

A number of people who were at a meeting about dissolution recall Cathy Osborne being horrified that perpetual care in Hantsport cemetery cost only $400. West Hants as a municipality provides no money for cemeteries. She stated that the Windsor cemetery charges $4000 and she felt that was fair for Hantsport.
I was not at the meeting.
