April Fool's message for the Mayor

Mr. Mayor,   Further to the budget discussion at the Committee of The Whole meeting last evening I was curious as to whether the Town would be interested in leasing some land at McCully Pines. Rather that let the land  sit dormant I was thinking of purchasing a  small heifer  or a young bull. The heifer would be butchered in the fall and the bull used for breeding purposes of which the income from that  would be shared with some of the council.   Bill (Sorry!
