I received a call today from a dog owner who reported that fireworks debris is littering the dog park. They are the remains of the marvellous display on Saturday night during Winter Carnival.
The debris includes papers which dogs love to chew and black powder which dogs love to sniff.
I suggested she call Nick, David, and Sam.
