NEWS & VIEWS learned last night that CAO Jeff Lawrence is leaving Hantsport to accept a position in Alberta as of the end of August. All the best to the Lawrence family!
Brenda Mosher has retired as the town's accountant. All the best to you, Brenda, on your well-deserved new life.
But the best news is that 18 - yes, 18 residents - attended the Citizens On Patrol meeting last night. RCMP Staff Sarg Austin was delighted. At a similar meeting in Windsor, three attended.
Area residents now are getting involved in our commuity!
