One reader's view on how to improve Canada and Nova Scotia.

Dear Ed., Just as David Letterman & Dick Clark have & had their TOP TEN lists I have compiled my list of issues that, if attended to, would make NS & Canada, in my humble opinion, a much better place for all its inhabitants. 1) Cultural changes; Dump all this Bi-lingualism nonsence. Canada is an English speaking country...period Return the country to Imperial measurements etc ....no more Kilometers & litres etc...it's European nonsence The US is our biggest trading partner & there a foot equals 12 inches not 30.480 cms....it's ridiculous.
