Surrounded by memorabilia from 1964 and countless well-wishers, Sharon and Garth Scott of Hants Border celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on May 24 at the Hantsport Fire Hall. They were married on May 23, 1964. Garth remembered that was the year the Toronto Maple Leafs won the Stanley Cup and the Beatles made their first trip to North America.
