Here are their results:
- 79% believe better access to resources such as specialist would improve physician recruitment.
Hantsport has access to specialists in Wolfville, Kentville, and Windsor.
- 92 % believe work-life balance was important.

- 80% believe patient volume impacts ability to recuit. More support from a team of nurses will help patient workload.
- 93% indentified competitive compensation.
