The Hantsport Shamrocks and fans said farewelll to Ross Coburn who appeared for the final time as a Shamrock at the game on May 19.
As Chris Cuvilier wrote on Facebook: Great day at the ball field....Shamrocks won 2 but the day turned out to be very special. Ross Coburn called it a career today........the only Shamrock to play every season and this would've been his 18th......it was an honor to have played with Ross as there's nobody tougher. A true captain, winner and tough as nails competitor. Open the dictionary to the word Shamrock and Ross Coburn's name is right beside it!!
