Who is that dishcloth lady???

POSTED SAT. 2:40 PM. I DIDN'T ACTUALLY SEE A DISHCLOTH BEING MADE. I WAS WRONG  - THE DISHCLOTH LADY KNITS THEM.

Who is that lady who is always crocheting dishcloths?
While waiting in the doctor's office?
While waiting anywhere she can sit?
While watching tv in order not to fall asleep?
While flying from Halifax to Toronto she crocheted one.
And then while flying from Toronto to Winnipeg she crocheted another one.
That's a clue to her identity right there.
But she doesn't keep them. She gives them to the airplane staff and passengers.
In fact, when she gave one to a stewardess, the woman exclaimed that she was delighted to meet the Dishcloth Lady.
On a flight from Toronto to Halifax, she was seated - and crocheting - next to a male university student. He complained that when he arrived home, a sink full of dirty dishes would face him. As the plane was landing, she finished the dishcloth and gave it to him. He was surprised, delighted, and accepted the dishcloth.
She has also knitted two unique scarves whose new owners treasure them.

Clues to her identity: She used to live in Avonport and now lives quite near. And her husband is as passionate about local history as she is about crocheting.
